For all wholesale orders, shipping charges are additional to the cost of the merchandise. We do not offer free shipping.
Wholesale orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, California. Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground. For pallet orders, we normally use Roadrunner Transportation Services. You may arrange your own freight carrier to pick up at our warehouse or stop by to pick up in person.
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day. For larger orders by the pallet, additional time may be required. If you arrange your own freight carrier, shipping times are dependent on when your freight carrier arrives to pick up.
Estimated delivery dates provided by the shipper are approximate and not guaranteed. Please allow extra business days for delivery.
Customers will be notified of any backorder situations and will have the option to cancel prior to shipment.
